Family Constellations Training course is designed to provide a basic learning in the art and practice of Family Constellations for professionals who are involved in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, hypnotherapy, social work, coaching, education or anyone involved in the helping professions.Family Constellations Training is course designed to cover the basic areas involved in Family of Origin and Present Family in workshops and private sessions.                                    What is different about Family Constellations?
Family Constellations methodology may be used as an alternative or compliment to counselling that is a relatively brief process that may be able to “stand alone” as a single session, or be part of a longer therapeutic counselling process for deeper issues. The Family Constellation process taps into the underlying dynamics of personal or relationship issues, which may go back several generations in order to resolve and ease the disturbances felt by present generation members.
Family Constellations alternative counselling modalitiy is a psychological, energetic and experiential process that works with family and relationship dynamics and entanglements, locating the unhealthy bonds that form blocks for individuals or families in terms of relationships, succes or wellbeing. This regularly results in many changes opening up for individuals in terms of creating new perspectives and energy shifts in terms of relationships, love, self esteem and the sense of belonging leading to change.
Family Constellations training and practice is experiential and holistic working with the release of difficult emotions gently, helping to find new perceptions, using the visual, audio, kinesthetic and spiritual aspects of being human.

The Family Constellations Training consists of theory and experiential practice, with opportunities to do your own constellations throughout, giving rise to both personal development and professional development, covering Family of Origin, Present Family and Relationships including facilitation of Groups and Private sessions.
There is Supervision that we are presently providing that will be available to you after the training for continued support.

Teaching or Learning style.
I am mindful of the fact that each person in the course will be coming with their own former education, professional and life experience, which has value. The art and practive of Family Constellalation may be integrated into your existing skills and knowledge.

You will receive a recommended reading list once you have completed the application. Only two books will be compulsory reading texts, although I will also supply a list of extra optional reading matter.

About the Trainers
Yildiz Sethi

Yildiz is a Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor. Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Family Constellations practitioner who is registered with DGfS Germany and ISCA. She is also an Educator at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.

Yildiz has been in private practice since 2000 after a career as a Physics and Chemistry teacher. She is also a lecturer at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, originally in Sydney and now in Brisbane where she specializes in Methods of Counselling and Social Analysis.

She is a Registered Counsellor, Registered accredited supervisor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Systemic Family Constellations practitioner and trainer.

She is very grateful to have received trainings and teachings in Systemic Family Constellations from many different sources starting with Svagito Liebermeister and Vedanta Suravi in India and Spain and with many well known international teachers such as Albret Mahr, Ursula Franke, Jakob Schneider, Berthold Ulsamer and also Bert Hellinger himself in Austria in 2007 at his first international training called Sciencia.

Yildiz is probably the most experienced Family Constellations practitioner of private sessions in Australia and has been facilitating regular workshops in Sydney since 2005 and is now facilitating workshops in Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney on a regular basis.
Yildiz has an article published in the International Constellations Knowing Field Journal issue 15, 2010 on Sexual abuse.
She has also done a research on the effectiveness of Family Constellations on relationships and wellbeing which is being published in the Knowing Field Journal in 2010.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma Counselling (ACAP), NLP practitioner( IHT- Gordon Young),  Diploma Hypnotherapy (ASCH), Certificate of Ego State Therapy (DR Gordon Emmerson), Registered addredited clinical supervisor, Certificate 4 workplace training. She  is presently completing a Masters in Applied Social Science at ACAP.

Satish Sethi is an ex IT professional and a Family Constellation practioner and a valuable support to Yildiz in training, workshops and private sessions. Forty years experience in working in small and large businesses has given him an understanding which he uses in Business Constellations. He is also a Reiki master and he also does Webmaster and SEO work.
